(1) Information required for registration by the inspection application unit
1. An original stamped copy of the "Application Form for Registration and Filing of Self-care Inspection Unit" printed after online registration;
2, a copy of the business license (provide the original at the same time);
3, a copy of the organization code certificate (provide the original at the same time);
4. A copy of the Foreign Trade Operators Record Registration Form (the original shall be provided at the same time);
5. A letter of introduction from the business unit.
(2) The processing time is generally three working days.
(3) Acting for the change, extension or annual review of the above documents.
